 Today, we had something like a “self-management day.” We created our own menu, organized and assigned tasks, and got creative with the presentation. The menu included julienne baskets, meat with onion sauce, and for dessert, apple pie with ice cream.


We received valuable feedback—thank you so much; it means a lot to me personally. I can see where mistakes were made and where our strengths were.
