Today, we had a master class with the wonderful Chef Cesare Di Nauta, an excellent teacher. We prepared squid ink pasta served with pea puree, stuffed calamari cooked in tomato sauce, and stuffed fish with mussels, which we then baked. We also marinated fish in a special sauce.
