In the morning we walked around the town of Lesine, had a coffee and a croissant in a local cafe. We walked along the river that runs along the edge of the town. It was very warm, even hot. After the walk we went to rest in the room.
At 4 o'clock Cesare picked us up and we went to the restaurant.
There was a lot of work, we cleaned and cut the sea food, prepared the dishes. At 9 pm the banquet began. During three different dishes were served. It was very interesting and brought experience of working in a big kitchen.
