 The morning started with a walk along the seashore .The weather is warm, pleasant breeze .After breakfast we started to work. Today we were taught to cook by Chef Franco. 

For an appetizer we cooked pumpkin stewed with beans and white wine, served on baked bread.

The second course was lasagna made of eggplant, parmesan and mozzarella, layers of tomato sauce, all baked in the oven.

We also cooked and served pork in tomato sauce with capers.

After cleaning we had free time, which we spent first on the beach and then walked around the city.
