The first working day started with a discussion about what we would cook and for how many people.
My first task was to weigh the ingredients for the bread and boil the potatoes, as they had to be added to the dough.
While the dough was kneaded, I started to make preparations for an appetizer tart from potatoes, for the filling we used 3 kinds of cheese and fried bacon.
The main course was risotto with pumpkin and cheese. We also made parmesan breadcrumbs with parsley and garlic. This mixture was formed into balls which were then stewed in tomato sauce.
For dessert we made ice cream with grape syrup.
After all the dishes were served, the kitchen was cleaned up.
The rest of the day we walked around the city.
