26.10 - Saturday

On Saturday I worked in the evening shift with two new girls cooks from Lithuania.


We cooked roasted chicken with potatoes, as well as seafood risotto for an appetizer.

And also for dessert, we served a pie, which was prepared by the morning shift and gave it to the guests.

Just like it was their first day in the local kitchen, I showed them everything, told them where everything was and how everything worked, so it was a tour for them. After our shift we cleaned up our workspaces.
