We cooked all day today with Chef Cesare. We have a lasagna master class planned for the evening, so we spent the morning preparing. We made the dough for the sheets. We prepared the balagnaise sauce, made the custard for the dessert and baked the baskets.
In the afternoon we made a pork roll and cooked lasagna. Everyone liked it very much and repeatedly asked to repeat the portion.
