The morning began with a master class from Chef Cesare. He is an excellent chef, he was so easy to get in touch with us that the language barrier didn't matter. He explained everything clearly and easily. We made ravioli with cuttlefish ink, he even taught us in absentia how we can get natural coloring! The time flew by very quickly and very fun, we are looking forward to the next meeting.
The second half of the day was just as exciting ! Today we went on a jeep safari. We rode on the roof of a jeep on the rocky terrain ! At first it was scary, but very interesting.
The day was full of emotions and delight
