23.10 - Wednesday

 On Wednesday a chef - Giuseppe - came to us from another city - Foggia. to conduct a master class, teach us something new and cook dinner with us. Everything was very interesting and informative, we prepared stuffed meat, fish for an appetizer, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes for meat, Demi glace sauce, as well as breaded minced meat and a side dish of broccoli and risotto. We were busy all the time, either cutting, or heat-treating food, or serving dishes. Everything was just great.
