Today, we made lasagna with ham, prepared meat, and baked baguettes and focaccia. The béchamel with pesto surprised me with its new and unique flavor.

Today was the banquet, and we came together as a team, working wonderfully in a fun and friendly atmosphere. It was a bit sad to say goodbye to the amazing Di Nauta family, but I truly hope we’ll meet and work together again—they have so much to teach, not only about cooking. My deepest gratitude to this wonderful family. Oksana Bila

3.11 - Sunday

On Sunday, we were given certificates that we have passed the practice in this place. We had a very interesting lunch, as well as dinner, we talked a lot and have already packed our suitcases. Marta:)
