The morning began as usual with breakfast. Afterwards I walked along the beach, the weather was overcast but warm. After walking a hundred steps along the beach it was time for lunch. Since the work schedule is evening, there was time for rest.
Before my shift I decided to take a walk on the beach, I didn't regret a minute of my decision, so today I saw dolphins for the first time. They were quite close to the shore, it was amazing.
The shift started a little earlier than usual, as new guests arrived. Today I remembered my baking skills and made baguette and focaccia.
For an appetizer we made lasagna, but not a standard recipe, but with pesto sauce, and instead of bolognaise we had ham. It was very tasty.
The main course was duck meat baked in the oven with sauce and mashed potatoes.
After dinner we cleaned the kitchen.
The rest of the evening rested
