On Wednesday we worked in the evening shift (me, Olga and Oksana Bila), we watched and helped the chef prepare the dough for the next day. We also prepared dinner - tortellini with consommé, roasted pork and potatoes. Pistachio ice cream was served for dessert, and of course, the workplace was cleaned after the end of our shift.
