Today we are cooking seafood, which is one of my favorite topics. We prepared risotto with seafood such as squid, mussels, and octopus. We also made an octopus salad, served oysters, filleted and salted salmon, which was paired with marinated zucchini peel. Additionally, we baked fish stuffed with mashed potatoes and served it with roasted eggplant purée. For dessert, we had ice cream with grape syrup.













We cooked not only for ourselves but also for the hotel guests. A huge thanks to Chef Mindo for his trust and appreciation.
