Thursday morning began with a walk along the shore . At 8 a.m. we had breakfast, after which the working day began.
Today we prepared an appetizer of eggs with spinach, cheese and cream. The main course was pasta with parmesan, which we cooked ourselves. We made a dough from flour, yolk and water with salt, kept it for an hour in the refrigerator and then made pasta with a special machine. Meat dish was beef roll stuffed with bacon, raisins and cheese.
After lunch we cleaned the kitchen and the rest of the day was free.
